MBTI and intelligence

Many people claim that some types are kind of smarter than others. Well...  I tell you that this is not true. All types are clever and witty in different things and situations. To begin with... I/E Introverts are smart because everything they do, they do it after personal thinking and self reflection. They spend a lot of time wandering and thinking by themselves very deep. Extraverts are smart since they tend to communicate with a lot of people. They share interests with others and they want to learn as much as they can from the external world. N/S Intuitives are idealists and see the meaning behind everything. They do not limit their knowledge on the five senses. They have a vivid imagination and they see the big picture. They are spirit-people. We could say that most of nowadays inventions and beliefs, were created MAINLY (not wholly) by Intuitives (so the Sensors would not have something to work on if the Intuitives wouldn't invent things). Sensors are practical...

Struggles of the INFP

Like all the types, INFPs have their advantages and their disadvantages. But there are some characteristics that may be both good and bad. You can find those things below. Innocent Perception: + INFP is one of the most innocent types. They use their kindness to make everyone happy and it's really hard to find someone who hates an INFP. Their Ne (see different perspectives), combined with Fi (see everything in a personal way), enables the INFP to see the bright side of everything and everyone. They can see the beauty behind the ugliness or better... the man behind the beast . They don't let stereotypes affect their way of seeing others. They don't even care about someone's looks. They automatically see what's on the inside. - The INFP's innocent way of understanding the world, can be easily taken in advantage. They cannot see the hidden - negative motives behind a nice bahiviour. While someone is making fun of the INFP, the INFP may think that this person i...

INFJ vs INFP: 5 Ways To Distinguish Them

So guys most of the people who are interested in MBTI and Types are often confused about the differences between INFJ and INFP. Those two are the most easy to be mistyped. Personaly I've been mistyped as an INFJ but now it's clear I'm an INFP.  In this post I'll write some important differences to tell them apart. 1. Judging and Percieving These types may seem to be the same, but that last letter changes everythings. The INFJ uses Judging which means they are more methodical, they need some restrictions, orders, rules. They work with a plan and maybe they tend to make a to-do list. INFP however, uses Percieving which means they work in a more playful way. They don't see the importance of so many rules and they want to express themselves, so orders and plans are not their thing.  2. Cognitive Functions INFJ = Ni > Fe > Ti > Se INFP = Fi > Ne > Si > Te The INFJ might be a Judging type, but they are driven by a Percieving f...

Type Stereotypes

Stereotypes are not a safe way of typing yourself but sometimes it may be helpful... Here are some popular stereotypes of each type.  WARNING!: If you are a person that gets easily offensive, just don't read. Those stereotypes are not how I see the types, but how most people do. ESFJ: 1. Your mum 2. That well-known cheerleader everyone talks about 3. That social butterfly in high school that cares so much about school gossips, fashion, boys etc. ISFJ: 1. That old lady in your neighbourhood that always talks about religion and advices you to study hard because that's the right thing to do 2. Could also be your mum but this time she may has OCD 3. That good kid that sometimes appears in your crew and he is so nice to you but you don't know if he exists ESTJ: 1. Your boss 2. That know-it-all person who wants to be the best student and be famous and earn a lot of money and be successful 3. Could be a bully but most of the times he is one of the villains in eve...

Cogntive Functions

These websites will help a lot: How To Recognize Cognitive Functions In Real Life Cognitive Functions Analyzed Information about Cognitive Functions What are the Cognitive Functions? Cognitive Functions (CF) are the ways an individual can process information and make decisions based on their Myers-Briggs type. Each type has all eight cognitive functions but what changes, is the order they utilise them. There are 16 possible ways that functions can be ''placed''. From all eight CF, there are four of them that affect us the most. Like the basic ones. The rest, are called Shadow Functions and I will not analyse them since I don't know many things about them.  Understanding which functions you use and their order, is actually the most accurate way to type yourself or others. The functions necessitate the four-letter type, not the other way around. This is why the best way to determine your type is to either visit a practitioner who types using cognitive func...

Analyzed Types

Hope you found your type taking the tests or by yourself reading my previous post, so now I'm going to write down some information about each type.  First, there are the Guardians . MBTI: How To Find My Type

Extraverted or Introverted (E/I) Extraverts: Find pleasure experiencing the outer world Comfortable around (many) people Hard to get tired, even after long periods of high energy or social interaction They easily move into action and try to make things happen Quick thinkers and maybe think out loud Introverts: Enjoy spending time inside their heads Comfortable when alone, or around people they know Easily get tired after a specific time of socialization Prefer just thinking or talking about things and have a hard time ''doing'' Need time to think or to form an answer, and listen before they talk Sensing or iNtuition (S/N) Sensors: Trust the five senses. What they see/hear/smell/taste/touch Experience speaks louder than words. They learn by hands-on work Usually care about ''what is'' or ''was'' Easily rememer details, facts, events etc. (that are important to them) See the practical use of things and are p...
